So it’s been almost 2 years since I started this blog, and since then a lot has changed and I’m not finally at a size I’m happy with. But the one thing I have to say to you all is that the most successful way I lost weight was healthily, walking to and from work, which is about an hour, eating lunch and a small dinner every day and keeping myself busy.

Long time since I’ve been on here!

Hope you’re all okay my sweets :)

I’m doing fantastically! I’ve lost so much weight in the sat couple of months having gone full time at my work. Being more active and walking every day is definitely helping I think that and I’m only eating lunch most days..I do of course have my pig out days like everyone else and do worry a little that I’m going to put the weight back on, but you know what? I’m glad I’m getting back into eating regularly. It’s a much better way of losing weight than just cutting food out all together. 

Do kinda want to show you all a picture I took about a week ago and sent to my “best friend” with “benefits” but I dunno, it’s not nude or anything, it’s quite tasteful, but thinking of the consequences if anyone I knew found it makes me think twice about posting it. I want to show you guys how well I’ve been doing though! #dilema
